Kanye recently went drunk on stage at the MTV European music awards when he didnt win the best video award.

He was outraged that his Touch The Sky didnt win, instead Justice Vs. Simians 'We are your friends' took the price.

"F*ck this! If I don't win, the awards show loses credibility. Nothing against you (J Vs S), but hell man."

Kanye West has now apologized for his outburst and blames it on the alcohol :)

Kanye West says his best music video wasnt recognized when he was nominated for 'Best Video' at MTV's Video Music Awards.

He was hoping that 'Touch the sky' with Pamela Anderson would be nominated instead of 'Golddigger'.

"It didn't get any nominations, but it's one of the most memorable videos of the year for me" Kanye said.

"Touch the Sky" is the fourth single released from Kanye West's second album, Late Registration. It was released in early 2006. The video is directed by Chris Milk who previously worked on West's award-winning "Jesus Walks" and the video for "All Falls Down."

Kanye West was midway through his set at the festival in his own hometown of Chicago when the sound was suddenly cut off.

New York Daily News reports: "He threw a hissy fit. When the sound didn't work, he started yelling that he came all the way out to Chicago and he couldn't believe he was being treated like this."

West was still mad about it later that evening, and refused to attend a party he had throw for the production trio SA-RA.

Two people arrested for the Kanye West concert shooting

The police has arrested two people in connection with the shooting at a Kanye West concert earlier this year in Birmingham, NEC. february 28.

Two stewards were shot in the fracas - One steward were seriously injured and had to be hospitalized for a long period - The other one had minor injuries.

The police were forced to use tazer guns to control the situation.

Kanye West is set to headline the 22nd Street Scene festival in San Diego , starting Aug. 4.

West will perform outside Qualcomm Stadium on Aug. 4, alongside AFI, Social Distortion, Bad Religion, Yellowcard, Lupe Fiasco, She Wants Revenge and Nine Black Alps, among others.

Fans can now purchase two-day passes for $115 while supplies last, or single-day tickets for $75 via the festival’s website.

There has been filed a lawsuit against Kanye West and his production company claiming breach of contract for not returning a Mercedes-Benz after its lease expired in January.

West's Konman Entertainment leased a 2003 Mercedes G500 in September 2002, with the agreement calling for 39 consecutive payments of $1,295 a month.

DCFS Trust clais the luxury sport utility vehicle was not returned as scheduled and holdover fees were not paid.

The fans of Kanye West will have a second chance to get tickets for his concert in Cork this July. He has now announced a second concert, after the first one sold out in minutes earlier this month.

He will enter the stage at this year’s Live at the Marquee Cork on Sunday, July 2 - which is sold out - and again on Monday, July 3. Tickets for the fully-seated concert are now on sale.

In Cork there will also be other great artists like Bob Dylan, Chrsty Moore, David Gray, Art Garfunkel, Roger Waters, The Frames, Robert Plant, Roxy Music and Des Bishop.

Kanye West and Ludacris were cleared of copyright infringement in a New York court on June the 1st., after being accused of stealing portions of Ludacris' 2003 hit single, "Stand Up."

I.O.F. (It's Only Family), is an upcoming rap group from New Jersey, who filed the lawsuit against Ludacris, born Christopher Bridges and Kanye West in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, claiming the pair received copies of their song "Straight Like That" in 2002 and 2003.

The rap group claimed they had given copies to both Ludacris and West, only to hear bits of the song incorporated into Ludacris' single, which was produced by West.

A group of ten jurors issued the verdict in less than a day, although the trial lasted two weeks.
